As Dow moved to become a materials science company, it wanted to revitalize its brand DNA. To do so we were asked to develop and produce a series of docu-style films highlighting their efforts around their new brand pillars:
Innovation, Sustainability and Inclusion & Diversity

Innovation

Innovation can’t happen in a silo. Dow’s customer centric approach to innovation allows for teams of scientists and researchers to collaborate with other companies. This film focuses on the collaboration Innovation Labs Ecco, Dow and German RepRap to create a liquid silicone rubber that can be 3D printed and used in customized footwear.

Inclusion & Diversity

In an effort to bring more diversity to the workplace, Dow works hand in hand with Project SEARCH– a program focused on providing employment preparation and education to help young adults with developmental disabilities find they jobs they want, and not the jobs they are given.

Sustainability

Sustainability can come in many forms. For Dow it comes in the form of collaborations in product design. Dow’s sustainability team is always looking for new opportunities to use recyclable products to go use. In this film we learn about the Montgomery County Food Bank in Houston, TX. An operation focused on extending the lifetime of fresh produce in order to feed those in need.
