Business owners don't want to be talked at by celebrities — they want to hear from people who've lived it. For Square's Built for Beauty series, we worked closely with Chris Appleton not as a celebrity face, but as a fellow entrepreneur with real lessons to share.
We designed a set that nodded to his world-class clientele while keeping the focus on his authenticity and expertise. Shot in a single day, the series gave Chris the space to speak openly about his journey — guided through the key moments, but always in his own words.
