We spent 4 months behind the scenes, building a creative strategy from scratch and capturing the grit, vision, and heart it takes to plant roots in a new neighborhood. At the center of it all was Square — the partner that made it possible to focus on the food, the people, and the community, while the business ran seamlessly in the background. Because the real story of building a restaurant isn't just about the menu. It's about every decision, the neighborhood and the people that keep the dream alive.
